RPA Tester

About the role

The RPA Tester will review UiPath requirements and documentation, execute and monitor bots, and automate test cases using UiPath Test Manager. The role ensures that automations are reliable, accurate, and aligned with business needs while performing comprehensive QA activities.

Key responsibilities

• Review UiPath requirements and related documentation.
• Execute, monitor, and maintain RPA bots.
• Automate test cases using UiPath Test Manager.
• Plan, execute, and manage regression and integration testing.
• Handle defect management and quality validation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure test coverage and alignment.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of QA fundamentals and testing methodologies.
• Proven experience in RPA testing across functional, regression, integration, and end‑to‑end scenarios.
• Ability to review requirements, identify gaps and risks, and develop comprehensive test scenarios.
• Good grasp of RPA concepts and UiPath platform.
• Analytical, detail‑oriented, and proactive mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is preferred.
