ICT Senior Analyst – Data & Business Intelligence

About the role

The ICT Senior Analyst – Data and Business Intelligence will develop, deploy and manage data collection and analytics solutions for mission support. The role provides actionable intelligence to senior management, unit and section chiefs through dashboards and reporting tools.

Key responsibilities

• Perform business analysis, gather requirements, cleanse and enrich data, and manage migration and change initiatives.
• Build and maintain ETL processes to refresh Business Intelligence products on schedule.
• Develop, test and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards and applications to digitalise business processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field with 4 years experience, or Master’s degree with 2 years experience.
• Minimum 2 years experience with data visualization/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau) and building data reports.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems and supply‑chain data is desirable.
