Sales Executive (Electrical) – Nairobi

About the role

A premier electric motor and rotating equipment repair and rewind company based in Kenya is hiring a Sales Executive in Nairobi to support its sales operations and client relationship management. The company serves a diverse range of industrial clients. The role covers promoting products and services to new and existing clients, managing follow-ups, preparing contracts and analysing sales data to optimise performance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct marketing and outreach activities to selected clients and potential clients.
• Follow up with clients efficiently by phone and in writing.
• Schedule and run client meetings to understand needs and propose solutions.
• Learn the product range and its key selling points.
• Work with the team to communicate lead times and manage client expectations.
• Prepare, edit and finalise client contracts as required.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and communications.
• Analyse sales data and prepare reports to inform strategy and improve performance.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, client management or marketing roles is preferred.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, disciplined and able to follow up consistently.
