Sales Executive – ERP & CRM Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our technology solutions team in Nairobi. You will promote ERP, CRM and HRMS platforms to businesses seeking digital transformation, helping them streamline operations and grow.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking and inbound leads.
• Present and promote ERP, CRM, HRMS and related services to prospective clients.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable technology solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals and contracts.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with pre‑sales, technical and marketing teams to support sales efforts.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors and market conditions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in IT or enterprise software.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and goal‑oriented.
