Sales & Marketing Executive – Telecom & System Integration

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing professional to drive new business in the telecommunications and system integration market. Based in Westlands, Nairobi, you will promote our portfolio of fiber optic cables, networking hardware and related solutions to a range of corporate and contractor clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the telecom and system integration sectors.
• Promote and sell fiber cables, networking hardware and related products to contractors, project managers and corporate clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors and project managers.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals and quotations.
• Provide market feedback to support product positioning and strategy.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience (minimum 24 months) in sales or business development, preferably in telecom or IT hardware.
• Proven ability to build and sustain client relationships.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Result‑oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets.
