Sales & Marketing Officer – Healthcare Services

About the role

The Sales & Marketing Officer will support business growth for a healthcare services provider by generating leads, converting sales, and executing marketing campaigns. The role bridges client acquisition and brand promotion, working closely with customer service and internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from enquiry to active client.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and nurture leads through outreach, referrals, digital platforms and field marketing, maintaining pipelines and conversion logs.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, social media content, and community events to boost brand visibility.
• Engage potential clients via calls, visits and digital channels, building relationships with referral networks.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy and service positioning.
• Support digital platforms (website, CRM, social media), monitor analytics and report on engagement performance.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in sales, marketing, lead generation or business development, preferably within the healthcare sector.
• Strong communication, organisation and reporting abilities, with a focus on client relationship management.
