Sales Service Representative (Booker)

About the role

Spritz Hair Studios is seeking a confident, energetic Sales Service Representative (Booker) to join its team in Nairobi. You will be the first point of contact for potential and existing clients across WhatsApp, phone, and social media, guiding them to the right services and converting enquiries into confirmed appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to client enquiries received via phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and other channels.
• Explain services, pricing and the Spritz experience to turn enquiries into bookings.
• Follow up with warm leads and work towards individual and departmental booking, conversion and sales targets.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities for salon services, treatments, extensions and products.
• Promote current offers, new services and products to both new and existing clients.
• Re‑engage previous or inactive clients to encourage repeat visits.
• Accurately process bookings, rescheduling and cancellations using the salon booking system.
• Match clients with the most suitable stylist and ensure correct appointment details.

• Consistent follow‑up and strong relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to understand client needs and recommend appropriate services.
