Sales Specialist – Dealer Relations

About the role

The Sales Specialist will act as the primary liaison between MICASSO and its dealer network in the Mombasa region. You will support dealers to achieve sales targets, ensure product visibility, and maintain brand standards across retail outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong day‑to‑day relationships with assigned dealers, conducting regular visits to understand their business needs.
• Support dealers in meeting monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets by monitoring performance and providing sales‑support actions.
• Identify opportunities for product placement, range expansion and address slow‑moving inventory.
• Ensure MICASSO product displays, samples, pricing and promotional materials are correctly presented and up‑to‑date.
• Record dealer interactions, issues and actions, and relay market feedback to the internal sales team.
• Monitor competitor activity and assist dealers in problem‑solving to improve sell‑out performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, dealer or retail account management.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Ability to travel frequently within the Mombasa area.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple dealer accounts.
