Sales Associate

About the role

The Sales Associate will work full‑time on‑site in Nairobi, driving new business for Drew Marketing Solutions by identifying leads, presenting branding and communication solutions, and supporting the sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads, manage a sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Prepare proposals, support contract negotiations and follow up with prospects.
• Collaborate with marketing and account‑management teams to ensure client needs are understood and solutions are effectively communicated.
• Meet defined sales targets and deliver high‑standard client service.

Required profile

• Strong sales and business‑development abilities, including lead generation and pipeline management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, confident in both in‑person and virtual presentations.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams while taking ownership of individual sales targets.
• Prior experience in sales, marketing or agency environments is an advantage.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Competence in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
