About the role
The Sales Specialist will lead the company's commercial activities in the Mombasa region, driving growth through effective customer management and market development. This role focuses on coordinating performance, tracking orders, and expanding the customer base for key FMCG product categories.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate customer performance and monitor order fulfillment across the designated region.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to increase market share.
- Conduct competitor research and identify new business opportunities.
- Acquire new customers and nurture existing relationships.
- Promote core product categories, including hygiene products, grains, oils, and other food‑related items.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- 3‑5 years of proven sales experience in the FMCG sector.
- Strong knowledge of Mombasa’s core markets and an existing network of customer contacts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
