Sales Trainer (6-month contract)

About the role

Teleperformance is seeking a Sales Trainer for a six‑month fixed‑term assignment in Nairobi. You will design and deliver training programs that boost the sales knowledge, product understanding and communication skills of outbound tele‑sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new hires, introduce company values and activate client‑provided credentials.
• Upskill existing agents through workshops, role‑plays and coaching sessions.
• Set up and maintain training facilities and materials.
• Collect and analyse training feedback, document progress and produce performance reports.
• Identify training needs by observing daily CSR operations and conducting data‑driven evaluations.
• Participate in frontline activities such as buzz sessions, process updates and quality calibrations.
• Create and continuously refresh digital presentations, manuals and instructional videos.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Education, Communication, HR or Public Relations.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a BPO environment, preferably outbound sales.
• Experience delivering sales training for American‑based clients.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Competency in C1‑level English and strong written, interpersonal and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Adaptability to change and ability to work in a fast‑paced call‑center setting.
