Customer Service Representative – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our fully remote team, supporting international clients and customers. The role involves providing reliable, professional assistance across multiple communication channels while working from Kenya or other eligible countries.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, phone, and social media.
• Assist with product, order, account, billing, or service‑related questions.
• Identify concerns, propose solutions, and deliver clear, friendly responses.
• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive experience.
• Follow client processes, policies, and service standards.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team.
• Document interactions and keep accurate records.
• Manage multiple conversations and tasks without compromising quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or support experience.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to stay calm and professional in challenging situations.
• Good time‑management and organizational abilities.
• Self‑motivated and productive in a remote environment.
• Willingness to work shift schedules based on client needs.
• Experience in e‑commerce, BPO, SaaS, retail, or hospitality is a plus.
