Senior Finance Manager – Financial Strategy & Corporate Treasury

About the role

Strategic senior finance leader responsible for shaping corporate financial strategy, capital allocation and treasury operations in high‑growth enterprises. The role partners with the CFO, CEO and Board to provide actionable financial intelligence that drives long‑term commercial decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead corporate financial strategy, capital allocation and treasury operations across high‑growth enterprises.
• Manage multi‑currency treasury portfolios, liquidity, cash‑flow forecasting and debt/equity financing.
• Oversee multi‑entity financial consolidation, IFRS/GAAP compliance and tax strategy.
• Conduct M&A due diligence, ROI/NPV analysis and cost‑structure optimisation for major investments.
• Provide executive and board‑level financial intelligence, performance dashboards and investor reporting.
• Drive cost‑optimization initiatives and monitor performance against budgets.

Required profile

• 8+ years of senior finance experience in fast‑growing companies.
• Proven ability to optimise working capital and implement risk‑management frameworks.
• Strong track record of delivering strategic financial insights to C‑suite and board.
• Expertise in multi‑entity consolidation and IFRS/GAAP reporting.
