Senior Quality Specialist

About the role

CloudFactory is seeking a Senior Quality Specialist to lead and enhance quality management across its services. The role involves independent ownership of quality assurance reviews, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure service delivery meets agreed standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure service delivery meets SLA/SLO targets, benchmark performance and recommend improvements.
• Analyse service performance data to identify corrective actions and prevent breaches.
• Develop and maintain knowledge‑management systems and documentation of quality methods and tools.
• Lead small collaborative projects, providing training and guidance on quality practices.
• Conduct formal audits, collect evidence, and verify compliance with organizational standards.
• Participate in change‑control processes, documenting and implementing approved changes.
• Contribute to quality management plans, best‑practice reviews and process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading quality management activities within a fast‑scaling environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret service performance metrics.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and ability to drive corrective actions.
• Experience conducting audits, reviews and implementing change‑control procedures.
• Ability to work independently and mentor colleagues on quality practices.
