About the role
Shelf Attendant / Merchandiser responsible for stocking and arranging shelves and supporting product display standards in a retail supermarket environment. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and strong customer service and communication abilities, working on‑site.
Key responsibilities
- Stock and arrange shelves to ensure product availability and proper placement.
- Support and maintain product display standards according to store guidelines.
- Keep shelves clean, organized, and free of damaged goods.
Required profile
- Kenyan citizen, 18 years or older, with a valid National ID.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proficient in customer service and communication.
- Disciplined, team‑oriented and able to work on‑site.
- Ability to follow merchandising guidelines and maintain stock accuracy.
- Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic.
