SHERQ Manager – Safety, Health, Environment, Risk & Quality

About the role
The SHERQ Manager will lead the Safety, Health, Environment, Risk and Quality function for NETIS Group at the country level, ensuring that Group standards are applied across all operations, projects and offices.
Key responsibilities
- Implement Group SHERQ policies, procedures and standards.
- Maintain and improve the Integrated Management System in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, customer requirements and local legislation.
- Lead risk assessments, incident investigations and emergency‑response planning.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and follow up on corrective actions.
- Manage subcontractor HSE and quality compliance.
- Conduct regular site inspections and field audits.
- Promote a proactive safety and sustainability culture.
- Monitor environmental performance, waste management and GHG indicators.
- Prepare regular SHERQ reports for local management and Group stakeholders.
- Manage and develop the local SHERQ team and oversee the department’s annual budget.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HSE, quality, engineering or a related field.
- At least five years of experience in a SHERQ leadership role.
- Previous experience in telecommunications, energy or infrastructure is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
- Good knowledge of HSE legislation, regulatory compliance and risk management.
- Proven experience in subcontractor management and on‑site compliance.
- Leadership, communication and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
