Software Engineer Annotator

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer Annotator to help improve AI‑generated code datasets used to train large language models. You will apply your software‑engineering expertise to evaluate, label, and refine code examples, ensuring they meet high standards of correctness, efficiency, readability, and security.

Key responsibilities

• Annotate and review software‑engineering datasets intended for AI training.
• Assess AI‑generated code for correctness, performance, readability, and security.
• Label data covering code completion, debugging, refactoring, and optimization tasks.
• Provide structured feedback to enhance model performance.
• Follow annotation guidelines and maintain quality standards.
• Collaborate with AI trainers, reviewers, and data‑engineering teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.
• 3–5 years of professional experience as a Software Engineer.
• Prior experience with data annotation, AI training, or code review.
• Strong understanding of software‑engineering principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle, APIs, backend systems, and web technologies.
• Basic knowledge of AI/ML or large language models is a plus.
