Software Implementation Consultant (GRC)

About the role

We are looking for a Software Implementation Consultant to join Revival Software (Kenya), a Diligent exclusive partner. You will work with clients across South Africa to configure, deploy and optimise Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) software solutions, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Configure the GRC application to meet each client’s unique requirements and specifications.
• Deliver comprehensive training sessions and provide ongoing technical support to end‑users.
• Guide clients in using reporting and analytics tools to generate actionable insights.
• Maintain clear documentation of processes, configurations and customisations.
• Communicate new releases, features and functionalities to internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, ensure timely delivery and resolve issues promptly.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in software implementation and deployment.
• Consulting experience with strong client‑facing skills.
• Project planning or management experience (preferred).
• Familiarity with standard business tools such as databases, CRM and ERP systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical and training abilities.
• Experience with GRC software is a plus.
