Somali Quality Control Specialist – AI Data Annotation

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Quality Control Specialist to support Project Epsilon, an AI data annotation initiative. The role involves reviewing trainer‑generated question‑image‑answer sets to ensure they meet strict quality standards before final sign‑off.

Key responsibilities

• Review completed tasks submitted by Trainers, including the original question, the image, and the golden answer provided.
• Independently verify whether the golden answer is correct based on the image.
• Identify and flag incorrect, incomplete, ambiguous, or inconsistent answers.
• Provide clear, constructive feedback or corrections to maintain overall data quality.
• Track recurring error patterns and report them to the project team.
• Ensure Trainer output meets the project's quality bar before final sign‑off.

Required profile

• Highly meticulous and observant with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to spot errors or inconsistencies that others may miss.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent written communication for providing feedback.
