Supervisor Property Executive – Tele Sales & Research

About the role

The Supervisor Property Executive leads the tele‑sales team responsible for generating property leads and oversees the research function that prepares call‑ready data. This role ensures high productivity, quality, and a steady pipeline of qualified leads while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily tele‑sales operations, monitor attendance, punctuality, schedule adherence and break compliance.
• Conduct team huddles, one‑on‑one coaching sessions and performance reviews.
• Drive achievement of activity, quality and conversion KPIs; review calls and provide structured coaching.
• Identify training needs through KPI analysis and coordinate training with HR and Quality Analysts.
• Design and deliver refresher training, role‑plays and SOP updates; support onboarding of new Property Executives.
• Oversee Research Property Executives to ensure timely delivery of accurate, call‑ready leads.
• Maintain Salesforce as the official record of leads and coordinate with Real Estate Advisors to improve conversion.
• Lead continuous process improvement and ensure compliance with established standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading tele‑sales or call‑centre teams.
• Strong coaching, performance‑management and analytical skills.
• Ability to identify capability gaps and coordinate training programs.
• Experience working with KPI‑driven environments and quality assurance processes.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
