About the role
Customer Service Representatives assist shoppers and resolve inquiries to ensure a positive shopping experience in Quickmart’s retail supermarkets. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and strong communication abilities, and it is an on‑site, full‑time role.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers throughout their shopping journey.
- Resolve inquiries and issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
Required profile
- Kenyan citizen, 18 years or older, with a valid National ID.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proficient in customer service and communication.
