Supply Chain Data and Planning Analyst

About the role

The Supply Chain Data & Planning Analyst will support the Supply Chain team by ensuring accurate, timely, and reliable operational data for planning, reporting, and decision‑making. Working closely with warehouses, sourcing, operations, finance, commercial and product teams, the analyst will collect, consolidate, analyse and maintain data across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and consolidate supply chain data from warehouses, sourcing teams, production facilities and commercial teams into standardized databases.
• Validate and maintain accurate inventory, sourcing and planning data.
• Prepare weekly and monthly supply chain reports and dashboards using Advanced Excel and Power BI.
• Monitor and report KPIs related to inventory, sourcing, logistics and operational performance.
• Support demand, inventory and sourcing planning through data analysis and stock projections, identifying risks and improvement opportunities.
• Monitor inventory levels, reconcile physical stock with system records and support month‑end stock closing.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Commercial and Product teams to ensure timely data submission and reporting.
• Assist team members in creating automated reports and dashboards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Statistics, Engineering or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in supply chain, planning or operations, including at least 1 year as a data analyst.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, formulas, scenario analysis).
• Power BI (basic to intermediate).
• Experience with inventory management systems or ERP platforms.
• Data visualization and reporting best practices.
