Technical Account Manager – APAC

About the role

As a Technical Account Manager for the APAC region, you will be the primary technical liaison for a portfolio of customers after onboarding. You will guide customers in adopting the SOCRadar platform, address technical challenges, and help them maximise the value of our threat intelligence solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted technical advisor for assigned customers.
• Lead onboarding, technical enablement sessions, product demos, workshops, QBRs and Proof‑of‑Value presentations.
• Understand each customer’s security priorities, business objectives and technical environment.
• Provide best‑practice guidance for deploying and using the SOCRadar platform.
• Monitor adoption, identify engagement opportunities and proactively mitigate technical risks.
• Configure integrations and support deployment activities.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Account Management, Product, Engineering, Threat Intelligence and Support teams to resolve issues and drive renewals.
• Represent customer feedback internally to improve product and experience.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, Pre‑Sales or a similar customer‑facing technical role.
• Background in cybersecurity, networking or enterprise software.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals and a willingness to continuously learn.
