Technical Resource Implementer (Airline Operations)

About the role

The Technical Resource Implementer will oversee daily allocation of engineers and technicians to ensure optimal manpower utilization for safe aircraft maintenance and operations. This role coordinates closely with technical planning and production teams to meet network and maintenance requirements while maintaining a healthy, safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Control daily assignment of engineers and technicians to maximise productivity.
• Manage manpower deviations caused by schedule interruptions and absenteeism.
• Coordinate with Technical Planning and production areas to meet staffing needs for maintenance and training.
• Monitor leave, sick‑offs, trainings, and no‑shows; record statistics and overtime levels.
• Ensure resource scheduling communication is aligned with maintenance control.
• Recommend procedural amendments to improve cost‑effective performance.

Required profile

• University degree or diploma in a relevant field.
• At least five years of experience in airline operational areas.
• Experience in resource management and scheduling is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of KCAA/EASA rules and regulations.
