Remote Sourcing Officer – Recruitment (Independent Contractor)

About the role

This remote position is focused on identifying and attracting qualified candidates for current openings. The Sourcing Officer acts as a part owner of assigned roles, driving sourcing activities, building pipelines, and supporting early recruitment stages.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, LinkedIn Recruiter, and the internal candidate database.
• Engage passive talent, conduct resume reviews and virtual screenings, and move suitable candidates forward.
• Maintain talent pipelines and conduct market research on salary trends and talent availability.
• Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders to tailor sourcing strategies.
• Track sourcing metrics and report on effectiveness for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment sourcing or talent acquisition.
• Experience sourcing across various industries and niche roles such as virtual healthcare assistants, developers, and accountants.
• Proven ability to work with ATS and CRM systems and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and confidentiality skills.
