Telesales Executive

About the role

The company is looking for a dynamic Telesales Executive to drive outbound sales activities for its wine and spirits portfolio. You will engage prospective customers via phone and digital channels, aiming to meet monthly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound sales calls to generate leads and close sales.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the company’s management system.
• Utilise WhatsApp Business and other digital sales platforms to communicate with clients.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
• Minimum one year of experience in telesales, call‑centre sales, or customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of outbound calls and working against sales targets.
• Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, email, and customer‑management systems.
