Telesales Representative – eMobility

About the role

We are seeking motivated Telesales Representatives to drive revenue for M‑KOPA’s Mobility division in Kenya. In this hybrid position you will conduct outbound calls, acquire new customers and upsell motorbikes and other mobility products to existing users.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers and pitch M‑KOPA Mobility products, including motorbikes.
• Engage existing M‑KOPA customers to cross‑sell additional mobility solutions tailored to their needs.
• Follow up on customer commitments to ensure successful sales closure and fulfillment of agreed terms.
• Meet and exceed conversion and sales targets while maintaining high conversation quality.
• Adhere to call scripts, quality standards and compliance guidelines.
• Maintain talk‑time benchmarks to maximise productivity.
• Identify and escalate customer concerns or objections for timely resolution.

Required profile

• Prior experience in a call‑centre or BPO environment.
• Strong sales, communication and persuasion abilities.
• Results‑oriented, self‑driven and able to multitask.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and Microsoft tools.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms.
• Working knowledge of Excel.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
