Training Consultant – Part‑time

About the role

BDIT COLLEGE is seeking experienced facilitators to join its network of associate trainers. You will deliver high‑impact training programmes to government agencies, NGOs, private companies and academic institutions across a wide range of subjects.

Key responsibilities

• Design, adapt and deliver training modules in your area of expertise.
• Assess participant learning and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with BDIT COLLEGE staff to ensure curriculum quality.
• Maintain and update training materials and resources.
• Monitor and report on training outcomes and impact.

Required profile

• Minimum three years (36 months) of facilitation experience.
• Demonstrated subject‑matter expertise in at least one of the listed domains.
• Relevant academic or professional certificates.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse client groups.

Required skills

• Data analysis tools: SPSS, STATA, Power BI, Excel, KoboToolbox.
• Digital skills and familiarity with Artificial Intelligence concepts.
• Data protection and management practices.
• Proposal and grant writing.
