After‑School AI Program Tutor

About the role

The After‑School AI Program Tutor will deliver engaging, hands‑on lessons in front‑end web development to upper‑primary students (ages 14‑15) at Tatu City’s training academy. The role focuses on building digital literacy, creativity and problem‑solving skills through interactive coding sessions and mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver structured lessons in HTML, CSS and JavaScript following the program curriculum.
• Facilitate interactive, hands‑on coding workshops to reinforce student understanding.
• Guide students through individual and group projects, including online portfolios and real‑world simulations.
• Provide mentorship and support throughout project development.
• Foster an inclusive, creative and collaborative learning environment.
• Track attendance, monitor progress and report outcomes to the CSR Officer.
• Support logistics, resource availability and coordination of sessions with the CSR team.
• Contribute to program documentation, student feedback and end‑of‑program evaluations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Computer Science, IT, Education or a related discipline.
• Prior experience teaching or tutoring coding to adolescents or beginners.
• Strong organizational, communication and classroom‑management skills.
• Commitment to promoting digital inclusion and community upliftment.
