Trilingual Executive Researcher (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a trilingual (English, German, French) Executive Researcher to support international research projects in technology and healthcare services. The role combines market research, executive interviewing, outreach, and documentation, with about half of the time dedicated to outreach activities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct interviews with executives, directors, and healthcare industry experts.
• Gather, document, and analyze information collected throughout research projects.
• Build and strengthen relationships with hospitals, clinics, healthcare providers, and insurance organizations.
• Conduct outreach activities through phone calls, emails, and follow‑ups.
• Identify and engage key decision‑makers within the healthcare sector.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in CRM and research platforms.
• Collaborate closely with Research and Outreach teams to meet project objectives and deadlines.

Required profile

• Professional fluency in English, German, and French (spoken and written).
• 2 to 4 years of experience in market research, customer success, account management, stakeholder engagement, outreach or business development.
• Experience conducting interviews, discovery calls, consultations, or professional conversations with clients and industry leaders.
• Excellent written communication, documentation, and information management skills.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to confidently interact with senior executives and high‑level stakeholders.
