About the role
The UAT Coordinator will lead User Acceptance Testing activities for Project Simba, working closely with business users from two partner organisations. Reporting to the Independent QA Team, the role ensures testing is scheduled, executed and signed off on time to support go‑live readiness.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate UAT schedules across two external partner organisations.
- Distribute and walk business reviewers through the UAT test pack serving as the execution script.
- Collect and record go/no‑go decisions for each application module from designated reviewers.
- Drive formal UAT sign‑off and prepare readiness documentation ahead of go‑live.
Required profile
- Experience in cross‑organisational coordination, preferably with a focus on UAT.
- Ability to facilitate non‑technical business stakeholders from multiple organisations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to track sign‑off status.
