About the role

WORK GLOBAL CAREERS LIMITED is seeking qualified professionals for a range of permanent, full‑time positions across two hospital sites in Ongata Rongai and Malindi. Roles span clinical, nursing, biomedical engineering, health records, finance and operations management.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional services within the assigned hospital function (clinical care, nursing, equipment maintenance, records management, finance or administration).
• Maintain accurate patient, financial, operational or technical records as required.
• Support safe, efficient and compliant hospital operations.
• Collaborate effectively with medical, administrative and support teams.
• Apply relevant professional standards, procedures and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Relevant diploma or degree for the specific position.
• Valid professional registration/licensing where applicable.
• Demonstrated hands‑on hospital experience (preferred for all roles).
• Operations Manager – prior hospital administration or management experience.
• ICU Nurse – post‑basic Critical Care/ICU qualification and practical ICU experience.
• Biomedical Engineer – experience maintaining hospital medical equipment.
• Health Records Officer – experience with EMR/HMIS and patient records.
• Accounts Clerk – experience in hospital billing or accounts (advantageous).
• Gender preferences: Accounts Clerk – Female; Biomedical Engineer – Male; Health Records Officer – Male.
