Vibe Coder / AI Product Builder

About the role

We are a consumer‑app studio that rapidly launches AI‑native products. We need an AI Product Builder – a "Vibe Coder" – who can turn a rough idea into a production‑ready mobile or web app in just a few days, using AI‑assisted coding tools.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the Mini‑CTO within a three‑person app cell, collaborating with a Product Lead and a GTM Lead.
• Convert vague concepts into MVPs quickly and ship the first version in roughly three days.
• Build mobile and web applications in short sprint cycles, preparing them for TestFlight and App Store submission.
• Set up core backend services, authentication, databases, payments, analytics and deployment pipelines.
• Maintain reusable code frameworks and clean up AI‑generated code after rapid builds.
• Work closely with GTM and content teams to validate user demand.

Required profile

• Proven ability to launch complete apps from idea to production within a few days.
• Experience delivering several consumer apps and maintaining personal reusable repositories.
• Strong design sense, capable of creating clean, modern UI without detailed mockups.
• Practical understanding of security best practices and prompt engineering for AI coding agents.
• Product‑mindset: can prioritize features, identify friction and make trade‑offs for MVPs.

Required skills

• AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Lovable, v0, Replit.
• Frontend development (mobile/web) and state‑management.
• Backend development, authentication, database design and payment integration.
• iOS app lifecycle knowledge (App Store review, TestFlight, IAP/RevenueCat).
• Analytics, crash reporting and basic security discipline.
• Prompt engineering, debugging and refactoring of AI‑generated code.
