Automation Workflow Specialist (GHL, Zapier, n8n, AI) – Remote

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Automation Workflow Specialist to design, build, and maintain production‑grade automation pipelines using GoHighLevel, Zapier or n8n, and AI tools. The role is remote and operates on a retainer basis, focusing on reliable, monitored, and governed workflows for various business functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of automation projects, from requirements gathering and mapping to configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing monitoring.
• Build robust systems with webhooks, retry logic, queues, structured logs, real‑time alerts, and recovery processes.
• Ensure data protection, proper permissions, and secret management in line with PII/PHI expectations.
• Create operational dashboards, runbooks, and version‑controlled documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience building advanced GHL automations combined with Zapier or n8n integrations.
• Strong ability to design idempotent workflows with comprehensive error handling, retries, and monitoring.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills, including visual flow screenshots and short video walkthroughs.

What we offer

• Monthly retainer of USD $1,000–$1,500 based on scope and SLAs.
