Virtual Sales Representative

About the role

Victoria Courts is looking for a highly motivated, customer-focused Virtual Sales Representative to join its team. The role covers online customer interaction, lead calls, follow-ups and conversion. It is based in Mombasa and is a full-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with online leads, giving information and guiding customers through the sales process
• Carry out proactive follow-ups to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel
• Convert leads into customers using effective sales techniques and meet or exceed sales targets
• Deliver an excellent online customer experience through clear communication and product knowledge
• Work with the marketing team to align sales strategies with ongoing campaigns
• Use social media to engage potential customers, build relationships and drive sales
• Stay up to date on product features, industry trends and competitive offerings

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, preferably in a retail environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong sales pitch and negotiation abilities
• Experience using social media for sales and customer engagement
• Ability to work independently and manage time and tasks efficiently
• Customer-centric mindset focused on outstanding service
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred
