Volunteer Faculty – Human Resource Management

About the role

The Africa Nazarene University seeks a dedicated Volunteer Faculty member to teach Human Resource Management. This full‑time academic position involves designing and delivering high‑quality curriculum for undergraduate and graduate students.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and implement a comprehensive HRM curriculum.
• Review course outlines, create lesson plans, and prepare both contact and online teaching materials.
• Utilise diverse teaching methods such as field studies, group activities, assignments, and laboratory sessions.
• Design learning assessment plans and evaluate student performance.
• Supervise undergraduate, graduate, internship, and research projects.
• Conduct and publish research in specialist areas, contribute to grant writing and collaborations.
• Advise students on academic and career matters.
• Participate in conferences, workshops, industrial linkages, and departmental administration.

Required profile

• PhD in a relevant field or a Master’s degree with a PhD candidate in the final data‑collection stage.
• Minimum three (3) years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organisational, and research skills.
