Web Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Web Manager to oversee our company website, ensuring it runs smoothly, stays secure, and delivers an excellent user experience. You will work closely with marketing, design, and technical teams to keep our digital presence up‑to‑date and aligned with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain website performance, security, backups, plugin updates and cross‑browser/device compatibility.
• Update website content, images, banners, product listings and company information regularly.
• Create and publish landing pages and promotional pages for marketing campaigns using WordPress or other CMS platforms.
• Design graphics for website banners, social media, digital ads and marketing materials while ensuring visual consistency.
• Implement SEO best practices, monitor analytics and prepare monthly performance reports.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, perform HTML and CSS modifications, and coordinate with hosting providers when needed.
• Support digital marketing initiatives by creating web assets and assisting with on‑page SEO.
• Ensure all digital content adheres to brand guidelines, maintaining consistent typography, colors and messaging.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Web Design, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years proven experience in website management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to collaborate with internal teams.

Required skills

• WordPress or other Content Management Systems.
• HTML and CSS.
• Basic SEO knowledge and experience with website analytics.
