2026 Internship – Oct to Dec Opportunities

About the role

East African Breweries Ltd (EABL), a Diageo company, is offering a three‑month internship for students between October and December 2026. The programme aims to give participants hands‑on experience on real business projects while learning from senior professionals across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Work on real business projects to gain practical experience.
• Learn from experienced professionals and leaders in various departments.
• Develop practical skills that complement academic learning.
• Build a professional network and increase workplace confidence.
• Participate in cross‑functional team meetings.
• Contribute ideas and insights to ongoing projects.

Required profile

• Students in the 3rd year or final year of a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) who will continue their education after the internship.
• Must be on a break/holiday during the internship period.
• Enrolled in a public or accredited private academic institution.
• Strong listening, oral and written communication skills and fluency in English.
• Desire to learn, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to provide required documentation such as institution letter, ID, and insurance cover.
