3‑Month Undergraduate Internship – Oct to Dec 2026

About the role

EABL is recruiting interns for its three‑month Undergraduate Internship Programme across its KBL facilities in Kenya. The programme runs quarterly and this intake covers the period from October to December 2026. Interns will gain hands‑on experience on real business projects, learn from experienced professionals, develop practical skills that complement their academic studies and build a professional network.

Key responsibilities

• Work on real business projects that contribute to the company’s operations.
• Learn from senior leaders and professionals across various functions.
• Develop practical, job‑ready skills that enhance academic knowledge.
• Build a professional network and increase workplace confidence.

Required profile

• Students in their third year or final year of a Bachelor’s degree programme.
• Applicants must intend to continue their education after the internship or be awaiting graduation.
• Enrollment in a public or accredited private institution pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Availability to be on break/holiday from studies during the internship period.
