About the role
The Academics Manager will steer learning, student life and academic administration across the Institute, representing academics to students, parents, regulators and partners.
Key responsibilities
- Coach and develop 35+ faculty and staff through huddles, one‑on‑ones and termly reviews.
- Convene curriculum committees to design and launch industry‑relevant courses.
- Maintain regulatory records and compliance checklists to stay audit‑ready daily.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- 7+ years in academic management, including 3+ years leading large teams.
- Working knowledge of Kenya's TVET regulatory landscape.
- Strong ability to build systems such as calendars, SOPs and performance frameworks.
- Clear, confident communication from classrooms to the boardroom.
