Account Lead – Integrated Media

About the role

The Account Lead – Integrated Media will steer the client’s media business, turning business objectives into integrated media and communications strategies. This senior role coordinates specialist teams to deliver commercially sound, high‑quality solutions across digital, performance, social, programmatic, offline media and more.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day strategic direction for assigned clients, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Own the end‑to‑end integrated planning process, translating business goals into channel strategies, investment priorities and KPIs.
• Provide technical oversight, challenge specialist recommendations and ensure quality, consistency and strategic coherence of deliverables.
• Align multidisciplinary teams, remove roadblocks and drive accountability for timely delivery.
• Drive commercial growth through revenue retention, organic expansion and new‑business opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media or related field; postgraduate qualification is a plus.
• 8–12 years of experience in media strategy, integrated planning or account leadership.
• Proven track record managing complex client relationships and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience in account growth, scope management and resource planning.
