About the role

We are seeking a proactive Account Manager to nurture client relationships, ensure high satisfaction, and contribute to business growth. The role involves managing a portfolio of accounts, coordinating with internal teams, and delivering excellent service.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients.
  • Manage client accounts and respond promptly to inquiries.

Required profile

  • Experience in account management, customer service, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, spreadsheets, or related tools.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Attention to detail and a client‑focused mindset.
