About the role
We are seeking a proactive Account Manager to nurture client relationships, ensure high satisfaction, and contribute to business growth. The role involves managing a portfolio of accounts, coordinating with internal teams, and delivering excellent service.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients.
- Manage client accounts and respond promptly to inquiries.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and regular account updates.
- Assist with onboarding new clients and keep accurate account records.
- Resolve client concerns and provide effective solutions.
- Support business development and client retention initiatives.
Required profile
- Experience in account management, customer service, sales, or a related role.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, spreadsheets, or related tools.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Attention to detail and a client‑focused mindset.
