About the role

The Account Manager is responsible for closing potential leads via phone, ensuring clients receive exceptional service, and maintaining long‑term relationships to maximize deposits, trading volume, and client satisfaction. The role requires strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced financial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Educate clients about INGOT Brokers’ account types, services, offers, and financial instruments
• Maintain strong follow‑up with clients post‑sale to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues, and encourage additional deposits and trading activity
• Close qualified leads through outbound phone calls using effective sales techniques
• Promote new features, promotions, and updates to existing clients to boost retention and loyalty
• Track and meet individual KPIs and performance goals
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and client experience

Required profile

• 1+ year experience in the financial industry OR 2+ years in telesales or a sales‑related role
• Proficiency in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and deal‑closing ability with a client‑focused approach
• Goal‑oriented, self‑motivated, high energy and resilience under pressure
• Professionalism, accountability and a collaborative team attitude
