Accountant – Finance & Reporting

About the role

We are seeking a diligent Accountant to manage day‑to‑day financial operations within our manufacturing and warehousing business. The role involves maintaining accurate records, supporting budgeting, and delivering timely financial reports to management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting and financial transactions, ensuring accurate ledger entries.
• Prepare financial reports, accounting schedules, and support month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
• Perform account reconciliations and monitor receivables, payables, and outstanding balances.
• Process and review invoices, payments, and other accounting documents.
• Assist with budgeting, financial analysis, and expenditure monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and financial procedures.
• Provide accurate financial information and reports to management as required.

Required profile

• Female candidate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant accounting/finance experience.
• CPA(K) qualification is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting and reconciliations.
• High level of accuracy, integrity and attention to detail.
• Excellent numerical, analytical and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Immediate availability to start work.
