Actuarial Analyst – Systems & Reporting

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Actuarial Analyst to join the Group Actuarial team, supporting the Actuarial Manager – Systems and Reporting. The role focuses on automating and systemising actuarial reporting for Life and General Insurance, contributing to the IFRS 17 transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Support automation and systemisation of IFRS 17 actuarial reporting for Life and General Insurance entities.
• Prepare data, perform validation and reconciliations for actuarial modelling and reporting.
• Maintain model configurations, assumptions and documentation.
• Develop, test and enhance actuarial models used for valuation, reserving and financial projections.
• Integrate actuarial models with group reporting platforms and data systems.
• Provide testing and documentation support for system upgrades.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT and subsidiary actuarial teams to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related field.
• Progress toward actuarial qualification (minimum three passed papers).
• At least two years of actuarial experience.
• Working knowledge of IFRS 17 concepts.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with SQL, Python or Power BI is an advantage.
