Admin Van Driver – Transportation & Vehicle Maintenance

About the role

The Administration Department is looking for a responsible and safety‑conscious Admin Van Driver. You will provide reliable transportation for staff, visitors and company materials while ensuring the 14‑seater passenger van and other vehicles are well maintained and operated in full compliance with traffic laws and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Transport employees, management, visitors and guests safely to various destinations.
• Operate the 14‑seater passenger van and other company vehicles in accordance with traffic regulations.
• Deliver and collect official documents, parcels and other company materials.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections before and after trips to confirm roadworthiness.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and overall condition.
• Monitor fuel levels, mileage, service schedules, insurance and inspection certificates.
• Report defects, accidents or maintenance needs promptly and coordinate repairs.
• Keep accurate logbooks, fuel records, mileage and maintenance documentation.
• Support airport transfers, official meetings, company events and other transport assignments.
• Ensure passenger safety, comfort and confidentiality at all times.

Required profile

• KCSE Certificate and a Certificate or Diploma.
• Valid Kenyan Driving Licence with Class B1, D2 and mandatory Class D1 endorsements for the 14‑seater van.
• Valid Certificate of Good Conduct.
• Defensive Driving and First Aid certifications (advantageous).
• Minimum 10 years of professional driving experience with a clean driving record.
