Advocate – Transactional Practice, Conveyancing & Commercial Law

About the role

TRIPLE A ADVOCATES is seeking a capable and commercially astute Advocate of the High Court of Kenya to join its Transactional, Conveyancing & Commercial Law practice in Nairobi. The role starts on 2 November 2026 and is based at the firm’s Nairobi office.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate contracts, agreements and other transactional documentation.
• Conduct legal due diligence and prepare clear reports on findings and risks.
• Handle conveyancing matters, including property searches, transfers, charges, leases and related registrations.
• Advise clients on Kenyan land, company and commercial law, and prepare legal opinions and advisory notes.
• Support clients through transactions from instruction to completion, coordinating with other parties, advocates and regulatory bodies.

Required profile

• Advocate of the High Court of Kenya in good standing with at least 2 years post‑admission experience.
• Valid practising certificate for the year 2026.
• Provide details of three significant transactional, conveyancing or commercial matters, describing role and contribution.
• Two referees – one academic and one from legal practice.
• Availability to commence on 2 November 2026.
