After-Hours Inbound Lead Follow-Up & Appointment Setter (GoHighLevel)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive professional to handle after‑hours inbound leads and turn them into booked consultations. Working evenings and weekends, you will be the first point of contact for potential patients, extending our availability and ensuring no lead is missed.

Key responsibilities

• Contact inbound leads generated from Facebook ads and social media during scheduled evening and weekend hours.
• Engage prospects via phone calls and messaging, building rapport and guiding them toward a consultation appointment.
• Maintain and update lead records in the GoHighLevel CRM, ensuring accurate tracking and timely follow‑up.
• Answer questions about services, handle objections, and keep a warm, professional tone throughout each interaction.
• Monitor CRM automations and intervene personally when leads reach the appropriate engagement stage.

Required profile

• Previous experience in appointment setting, lead follow‑up, or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Working knowledge of GoHighLevel or a comparable CRM platform.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to stay positive and composed when handling objections or difficult conversations.
• Strong attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently during off‑peak hours.
