Aftersales Central Planning & Business Performance Analyst

About the role

The Aftersales Central Planning & Business Performance Analyst will lead spare parts demand planning, order consolidation and performance analytics across Spiro’s Aftersales operations in Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the consolidated Aftersales planning cycle across all operating countries and maintain rolling forecasts.
• Own central spare parts forecasting using unit data, consumption history, service intervals and warranty trends.
• Validate and consolidate country spare‑parts requirements, optimizing MOQ utilization and tracking order status.
• Track procurement and supply‑pipeline milestones from purchase request to receipt, identifying bottlenecks.
• Conduct costing analysis of parts, monitor margin performance and support pricing and make‑buy decisions.
• Monitor inventory health, develop dashboards and recommend actions to reduce excess stock while protecting service levels.
• Develop consolidated analytics on fleet uptime, repair turnaround, technician productivity and warranty performance.
• Produce standardized Pan‑African dashboards and executive reports for monthly and quarterly business reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in spare‑parts planning, logistics or Aftersales performance analytics.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams including Procurement, Finance and Service Operations.
